Having trouble signing in to UserLoop?
If youโre unable to sign in, your browser may have saved an outdated UserLoop session. This can usually be resolved using one of the options below.
Option 1: Reset your session automatically
This link clears the UserLoop cookies stored in your browser and redirects you back to UserLoop. Youโll then need to sign in again.
This wonโt change your password or delete any account data.
Option 2: Clear your UserLoop cookies manually
In Chrome:
-
Open UserLoop.
-
Select the site information icon beside the address bar.
-
Select Cookies and site data.
-
Select Manage on-device site data.
-
Delete the cookies associated with
userloop.ioandsurveys.userloop.io. -
Reload the page and sign in again.
The wording may differ slightly in other browsers.
Option 3: Use another browser
Try signing in using another browser or a private/incognito window. This starts a fresh browser session without the previously saved UserLoop cookies.
