Name the key (e.g. "UserLoop Surveys") and set the scope to Events with read and write access. 4. Copy the API key. You'll only see it once. 5. In UserLoop, click Integrations in the left menu. 6. Find the Klaviyo section and paste your API key into the Klaviyo Private API Key field. Shopify Customer Tags

Using Shopify Tags in UserLoop UserLoop’s Shopify Tags feature lets you automatically tag customers in Shopify based on how they answer your surveys. It’s a great way to segment customers and personalize marketing directly inside Shopify. Important: This feature only works with single select and multi select survey questions, since they provide structured responses that can be used as tags. How to Enable Shopify Tags Step 1: Choose a Survey - Log into your UserLoop account. - Go to the Surveys section and select the survey you want to use. Step 2: Turn on Shopify Tags * Click the Settings tab of your chosen survey. - Find the Shopify Tags option and switch it on. - UserLoop will now automatically add tags to customers in Shopify based on their survey responses. Step 3: Tag Old Responses (Optional) * Click "Tag Previous Responses" to apply tags to existing survey data collected before enabling this feature. Step 4: Approve Shopify Permissions * The first time you use this feature, Shopify may ask you to approve new permissions. Follow the on-screen prompt to continue. Viewing Tags in Shopify Step 1: Open a Customer Profile - Log into Shopify and go to your Customers section. - Click on a customer to view their profile. - Scroll down to the Tags section to see tags added by UserLoop (e.g. “HeardFrom_TikTok”). Step 2: Create Customer Segments * Go to the Customers page in Shopify. - Click Add Filter Customer Tags. - Enter a tag (e.g. "HeardFrom_TikTok") to find customers who gave that response. Step 3: Save and Use Your Segment * Click Save Segment and name it (e.g. “TikTok Customers”). - Use this segment for targeted emails, discounts, or ads. Tip: Use Tags with Klaviyo If you're using Klaviyo, UserLoop can also push tags there for even more targeted messaging. Check our Klaviyo setup guide for details. Need Help? Add customer feedback to your Shopify orders

UserLoop can automatically add a note to an order in Shopify whenever a user leaves you a feedback message. You'll see the message the customer left and their rating right on your order page. Order feedback on timeline You'll see the customer's feedback on the order timeline, and in the notes box on the top right of the Shopify order page. To enable this feature, you need to press the 'Authorize' button on the settings page. UserLoop needs some additional permissions to add notes to orders on your Shopify account. Once you press the authorize button you'll be asked to grant the additional permissions. Once you've granted permissions, you can toggle the notes feature on and off from the settings page.
